Thanks for your time.

The battery ran way down. When I recharged, the time was not correct. Off

@aaronsosOn the gear on the dashboard. Click on settings. Scroll down to Time zone and change it.

If its correct already then I would chnage it to something else and let the device Sync.

Then chnage it to the correct and sync again

Let us know if it helps

Might also want to do a restart between changing zones

Thank you for getting back @aaronsos! Sorry for the misunderstanding. If your tracker is currently syncing, access to your settings as @WendyB mentioned and change to different timezone, sync your tracker again, then change it back to your current timezone and sync it again. Smiley Wink

If that doesn't help, I'd like to know where you are located, what time is it there and what time is in your tracker.

Give it a shot and let me know if that works! Smiley Happy

Thanks.  Sorry for the delay.  Do I have to sync with a computer?  That sounds lame. Should be able to shift quickly by adding or subtracting hours.

Hey there @aaronsos! Thanks for replying. You can edit you Time Zone on the Fitbit App too. You will find the option under Account > Advance Settings. @WendyB mentioned the Dashboard online since it is the one that she uses and it has a bigger view. Did you tried the steps listed above? Are you still having issues with the time on your Surge.
