Condensation + Flashing screen

Hello

I've had my Fitbit for ages, love it! I got it as a present in June 2015.

After an intense workout today on a heavy bag, which I've done many times before the display is full of condensation. The display is flashing and I can't seem to use the touch screen.

I've powered it down using the button method and hoping leaving it overnight will fix it.

I don't have a receipt and the person who bought it doesn't remember where it came from.

Help? I'm absolutely gutted!

Apologies! Shouldn't post stuff at 1:30AM. I had a previous tracker before but got my surge April 2016.

A present from my mum. I think she bought it online somewhere.

I'll post in the morning if it's sorted but any advice appreciated.

Several people suggest putting in an air tight container of rice overnight. I would contact fitbit support as most who have this problem get the device replaced as it can't be fixed. Good luck! Hopefully your mum can find the receipt as you will need it for warranty.

Contact them anyway. It's clear it's defective.

If you get a replacement check the strap for peeling and also the battery life. 4no replaced for me in space of 6 weeks
