Condensation on Screen

So after 13 months my fitbit stopped working. The screen appeared to have water intrusion even though I have never swam or showered while wearing it. I spent the weekend in Las Vegas and maybe the temperature had an impact but the watch CANNOT be replaced. For $250 I would think that the product would be more durable.
Customer service offered a 25% discount on my next purchase,which will never happen, and that is not added to the 25% Father's Day deal. I am disappointed that I have talked people into buying Fitbit products however I will approach the negative campaign with equal enthusiasm.
If anyone knows a similar product for less money that I can expect to replace in 1 year please let me know.

I have replaced my Charger HR twice. I should say I bought my first one but it would not work so they replaced it. The second is doing the same as the first one. It will not sync from the computer and I can not set the alarm. I called them and asked them for my refund back and they more or less said no. I am done with fitbit.

I had the same problem with my surge and they sent me a replacement but it's defective also I think honestly the problem is in their software and windows 10 and the way that you originally downloaded the app but I don't know they are very helpful I know that much now they're sending me a third one but I'm pretty sure it's going to be the same problem because I keep reading it over and over you would think by now they would have it fixed I'm pretty much done with this also. Very disappointing what good is a replacement if it doesn't work and if your software is all screwed up shame on you fit bit

If you are experiencing inconveniences with your replacements trackers, feel free to contact our support team, I know they will be glad to help you out. Also, keep in mind that our limited warranty provides replacements for trackers deemed to have a manufacturer's defect within 365 days of purchase. Because your tracker didn't meet these warranty conditions, the advocate offered a courtesy discount of 25% good towards the purchase of any tracker. 

Fitbit strives for excellent customer service and in the past often replaced trackers that were not covered under warranty. Though customer satisfaction remains our number one goal, the demands of running a global business require that we now enforce our warranty consistently.
