Confused about calories burned and syncing

I'm really confused about my calories burned. When I look at my tracker it says I've burned a couple thousand calories but once I sync it to the app the calories burned change to like 300 or 400 now my dashboard says I only burn like 700 calories a day. It makes no sense, my tracker seems accurate but when I sync it , it become inaccurate .... What does this mean???

@Jorly_27 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! That is strange! It should be showing the same amount of calories burned on the tracker and on the dashboard once it is synced. I recommend to restart your tracker and try to use it again to check if it is going to give the right amount of calories burned.

Try that out and let me know how it goes! Smiley Very Happy

I did that twice and i also deleted the app and reinstalled it and it does the same thing for example my calories burned on my tracker right now were at 1035, I synced it and the calories on my tracker and the app went down to 511
