Please tell me the simple way to set the correct time.

You can't manually set the time but it should automatically set itself whenever you sync with your phone or computer and adjust the time based on the timezone in your profile setting at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile

 

Has your fitbit been successfully setup and is it syncing ok?

I keep getting a error message, it won't accept my birthday. It's a red
message underneath it.
