Hello

 

my screen glass has cracked and I am guessing because of the hear we are experiencing. There has been no impact and no matter what tine I try to contact support through chat, cunningly enough the last advisor has just been taken. This is my second replacement as the strap went on the last one in less than a year. I am guessing this refurbished one has a flaw. Can anyone help. Thanks
