Crazy Amount of Calories Burned

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've been wearing my Surge for around 21 months now and rarely ever take it off. I exercise regularily and burn from 2200 to 2400 calories per day. This week my calories burned has suddenly changed to 10,000 to 20,000 per day. I would be absolutly exhausted if I was burning this amount of calories. I depend on the stats provided by my Surge on a daily basis. Espcially around Christmas time I'm feeling a bit lost without knowing my calories burned for the day.

Could someone at Fitbit tell me how this can be rectified please?

Thanks 🙂fullsizeoutput_cd64.jpeg

Is your step count looking ok or is that too high as well?

If the steps are looking ok then I would suspect that one of your profile settings has been accidentally changed. I would check your settings for age, weight, height etc at https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/edit

Wow. If I burned that much i would die. You will get the standard turn it off and on again from support but worth a shot.
