Damaged Display

I've owed my Surge for a number of months now, some time ago these lines appeared under the glass, they did go away but have returned and seem to be growing. The display itself has also stopped responding to touch, I have tried resetting it several times and the screen still does not respond.

 

What is happening to my Surge?

It's great to see you around @Micrology. Thanks for the attachment, I think that it is time for you to contact our Support Team, for a faster solution you can contact them via phone or chat. If you can provide to the advocate this picture would be great.
