Hi
My fitbit surge is cracking at all 4 screws (the rubber is cracking and splitting badly) and i have already dealt with you guys and you have said you will replace it. But now the order email that i received today says that you are sending me a charge hr instead of a surge. I hope this is just a simple error because one would expect a like for like replacement. Ive tried replying to the order email and the support email that was sent to me this morning but i received no reply.
Im hoping and expecting that i will receive a large black surge, and NOT a charge hr.
A quick reply would be appreciated.

I'd following @SunsetRunner's suggestion. The best way to get this solve is by contacting support again, so they can check your order and what was the mistake. I'm pretty sure they will fix it for you.
