Hoping you can help. My wife got a newcoloured Surge for Christmas and I have wish to use her old black one. I have created a new account, removed the old surge from her account and added the new one and restarted the Surge but her data for the last 2 months or so appears on my dashboard. It also shows a standard calorie count from when she first set the phone up a year or so ago.
Looking on the internet there does not seem it is possible to do a factory reset so I have tried logging a 'driving' activity to negate that days activity but that has not worked (as steps and floors remained the same) but the calorie count did go up for the 'driving' activity. Is there no way to delete all data and just start from scratch?

Thanks for joining us to this family @1anC1, it's great to know that you had the opportunity to use her old tracker. Have you tried to log out and log back in from the Fitbit Account, I think that it is just a bug or shadow from your wife stats, when you setup an old tracker to a new Account, all previous information should be wipe up.
Try this and let me know how it works for you!
