Device not matching the app even though synced

When syncing my fitbit with the app, an exclamation mark keeps appearing with a 'sync error' note. But it does seem to be syncing. This morning, (putting my fitbit on) it read 50 calories burned but on the app it said 500. All the other info matches. I'm very confused!

Welcome to the Community @Gillie_86. I would like to know if you keep having problems with the information that your Surge is registering? If you are, I recommend Restarting your tracker and test the tracker since it is not normal to see that it is only registering 50 calories burned. Now if the issue is with syncing follow the Syncing Troubleshoot.
