Difference between Bluetooth Classic 'On' and 'Pair' ISSUES

Bluetooth classic issues!...when i tried to activate or to put bluetooth classic to "on" , automatically  my Fitbit Surge is restarting !...i restarted ,i rebooted 10 times but nothing... My clock goes perfectly  but I can not put bluetooth classic to "on"...PLEASE HELP!

Back with another message , I was not quite clearly understood , perhaps my English is not so good ...  i got a Fitbit Surge with a bluetooth connection problems from the clock software !!!i think ...when i try to activate directly  from Fitbit Surge the bluetooth classic, my Fitbit Surge is starts rebooting automatically...I can not connect my Fitbit Surge with other device for exemple whith mai phone or whit my USB DONGLE because my bluetooth classic from my Fitbit surge is stay activate 3 seconds and after that the Fitbit Surge is rebooting automatically...please help !!!..thanks

If your Fit it reboots when turning the Bluetooth on then it would be time to reach out to Fitbit. You can use the link above or click here, which will give you the best options for your registered location.

Bluetooth classic allows you to receive call notifications on your Fitbit Surge. Please make sure that your mobile device is part of the list of mobile devices that support call notifications. If so, I would recommend following @SteveH's instructions to resolve problems getting notifications from Android mobile devices. If your Surge is still restarting during this process please reach out Customer Support. They will evaluate your case and might provide further assistance.

i still have this problem with my Fitbit Surge(  the traker autorestarts after i put  my bluetooth classic to"on" ),i do not have the box and the guarantee !...what can i do to fixet?..please help!
