Hi,

What's the difference in all these exercises that I can choose from?

What is Workout?

Just a short explaination of all these exercises would  be nice.

@port513 Welcome... Here is Fitbit's FAQ at this link to give you an idea, but as you venture further you will find you will get many of the options.

For example for me, and when you examine the type of body movement it seems to equate fairly accurately

1. Outdoor bike: Kneeling and heavy weeding in the garden, negligible leg movement and plenty of upper body effort.

2. Aerobics:  Heavy, exertive above waist pruning and sawing branches and leg movement

3. Sport: Sweeping, raking moving lifting, probably like hockey or similar.

In all these examples the calorie burn was fairly close. Also I set my SmartTrack to the minimum of 10 minutes so that I could see what it picked up.

Go for it and enjoy it..

Edited and added... I use Workout for my walking when I don't wan't the GPS.
