Hi, can anyone tell me why my husband's Charge as a different sleep graph to my Alta? He would like the graph I have as it seems to be more meaningful. Is there a way of changing it? He bought his a week ago, I bought mine 4 weeks ago.

Strange. Had you said that your fitbit was an Alta HR rather than the original Alta then the introduction of sleep stages would explain things ( see: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2163/ )
But, the Alta, Charge and Surge should all have the same graph. Any chance you could post screen shots to show us the differences?

There are few new features which are integrated already available in Fitbit application but it is disabled for Surge owner. Please find details on https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Feature-Suggestions/Surge-update-is-highly-due/idi-p/2042199 and provided your precious vote.
We need as many votes for this as we can.

That sleep graph is the latest with sleep stages. Are you sure you have the Alta rather than the Alta HR?
Sleep stages should only appear with the Alta HR, Blaze or Charge 2 as described in: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2163/

ok, that explains it then. You are on the latest version of sleep tracking but your husband is unfortunately stuck with the old style reporting.

How can I get that graph for my Alta? I had an HR but I lost it and now I have the Alta. I don't like the graph.
