Disatisfied Customer and Surge band

I have a 14 month old Surge and I love it.  The only issue is the band has torn away at the screws on the back of the watch and one of the eyelets for the keeper has torn away.  Fitbit has only offered a 25% discount for another Fitbit product but this is a poor response to an ongoing issue that has affected several individuals.  Has anyone found a way to replace the band?  What other options are there?  I'm thinking of switching brands....Garmin, Apple watch.....

I agree. Stay away from Fitbit. I have gone through 3 surges in 16 months and now they say my warranty has expired. Are you kidding me..3 watches in 16 months. MAJOR FLAW IN THE PRODUCT!
