Driving removes all calories burnt through exercise for that day

So Ive just discovered that you can negate steps through driving by adding it as an event/exercise, this is great. However... I drove to the gym done 45mins exercise and drove home. So i logged both drives. Ive now lost all calories burnt through exercise. Again, however, if i delete both the drives the fitbit registers the calories burnt during exercise. I then tried adding a different drive for later in the day and again all calories burnt through exercise removed! Can anyone help? It seems as If this is actually something which needs rectifying fitbits end

Would you be able to show some screen shots, this sounds interesting. I'm goi g to try some tests today.

When I used to use this it only affected calories burned between the entered start and end times.

I should have realised that saying I entered this information via drivebit third party app would have been important... Oops

I tried entering the details manually through fitbit app and it would seem this had no problems as long as the times at no point overlapped. Seems a problem with the third party app not logging times precisely?

Welcome to our Community @timmysd88! Thanks for sharing your experience and the update. I'm not sure about the way Drivebit share the information with Fitbit (I promise I'll investigate ). I'm glad to know that you could resolve this issue. It is always necessary to enter the starting and ending time of each timeframe you need to delete.
