It's nice to see you around the Community @Loucath Woman Very HappyYou can configure the Exercise menu on your Fitbit Blaze or Fitbit Surge to show only the exercises that interest you. If a specific exercise isn’t available, we recommend choosing Workout as your exercise type.

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account tab.
  2. Tap your tracker tile.
  3. Tap Exercise Shortcuts.
  4. To add a new shortcut, tap Exercise Shortcut and select an exercise.
  5. To remove a shortcut, swipe left on an exercise name, then tap Delete

If you remove an exercise from your tracker, any existing stats for that exercise that you’ve already tracked are still available in your exercise history.

Hope this helps!
