Hi, I just got a Surge and want to customize the Exercise Shortcuts. I have tried to do this both on the website AND on my Windows Mobile app. However the customizations are not syncing to the Fitbit. I even forced a sync. After trolling through the forums, I noticed some users were able to delete all of the shortcuts, sync and then add them back in as a solution. This is fine except I cannot delete all of the shortcuts. The website and the app is forcing me to keep at least one. Is there another solution out there? Thanks.
Rosa

@tatsrus Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! It's weird that your Surge is not changing the exercises shortcuts you have edited. I'd like you to restart your Surge so it can get refreshed internally and accept the changes you have done on the Dashboard. After this, edit your shortcuts on your computer or phone so the changes can be made.
Regarding your phone's app, make sure that your phone has the most recent app version. If so, turn off your phone, turn it back on and try editing the shortcuts one more time.
Keep me posted on the outcome and I'll be around! ![]()

I had the same problem. I restarted my surge more times than I can recall. It didn't do it quite the way described, i.e. the screen didn't dim but it resynched everything except the shortcuts.I then noticed that my windows Phone showed the correct shortcuts so I tried synching it with that and that seems to have done the trick. I guess there is something wrong with the Fitbit Windows 10 Desktop app.

@tcrochford Thanks for joining us in this thread! Thanks for the feedback regarding the shortcuts for Windows desktop app. I'll make sure to pass this around to our engineers so they can take a look at this problem. Don't hesitate to get back if you see something else unusual.
@Bemydragon It's great to see you here and welcome to the Community! So sorry to hear that your Surge is not syncing with your phone. I'm pretty sure that a restart will be helpful in order to get this issue sorted out. Take a look at Meylin's post and you'll have the steps to restart your tracker. Once this has been done, try syncing your tracker again.
Let me know how it goes my friend! ![]()
