1. Yesterday, inaccurate recording of kms (far too many), heartrate inaccurate (too low).
2. Today, number of steps has actually gone BACKWARDS, still not recording heartrate accurately, not recording active minutes (yes, my heartrate was high enough, time was long enough). Therefore, other data is ALSO off (e.g., number of calories burned).
3. Customer Service doesn't answer the questions you ask (e.g, it takes four requests to get the answer that you cannot edit the distance. If it isn't accurate, at least give the user the option of editing!
4. If a data tracker doesn't track, what kind of a product is it?

I totally understand your frustration and the hard time that this might caused you, I recommend performing the restart 2 or 3 times in a row this will refresh the internal logs of your tracker and will help to improve the accuracy make sure to follow the instructions that @SunsetRunner shared. Take a look at this great article I think you will find it pretty helpful.
