I've had the Surge for almost 2 years however I began super gluing the band about 3 months into ownership. It's now to the point there is no more repair that can be done as it's hanging by a thread. Now I've got a perfectly good watch that I adore and can't wear because the company designed the band so it cannot be replaced. Their answer is they would try and give me a 25% discount on a new watch and my response is that unless there is a resolution for this one, I've no intentions of starting a FITBIT collection of watches. BLUF, has anyone had any type of resolution to this issue as I can't imagine this being the only case of this nature?

Hi, @reshaw! You can actually purchase 3rd party replacement bands for Surge. I did a quick search on Amazon and came up with some. I'm sure there are other sites like eBay, etsy, etc. where you can do the same.
