This is becoming ridiculous.
After not being able to chat to any support, bec. I dont have and I do not WANT a twitter account - somehow dear FITBIT, I dont feel particularly motivated after having travelled 24 hours, and having tried to get my fitbit - which is the only watch I brought - to show the right time for many hours in various airports and spend hours on it. So reallty, I dont feel like starting a new account of something. Does that make a bit sense to you guys?
Tried to email you instead though the help function. And guess what. I cannot figure out how to do that either. I choose email to support, I choose Surge, and then nothing happens and I dont know what to do.
Fitbit, you are a disappointment, and I will never buy your product again.

They do have a live chat

But after you choose Surge it asks for you to select an issue Then it says do these help? and on the right hand side at the bottom you can choose email us.
