This is about my FOURTH FIBIT SURGE & once again the strap cover near the face has ONCE AGAIN BUBBLED UP? This keeps on happening. It is frustrating & awfully annoying???? Why will FITBIT not put this matter right or stop producing this SURGE MODEL????

They do not produce the surge model any more. It was discontinued

Depends on how old it is. My guess is it is past the warranty. so no it wont be replaced.
