My third fit bit. The first one the battery died. On my next two both of the bands have unraveled and broken away from the watch. I will not buy nor will i endorse fit bit to anyone ever again. Will have to go buy a new Apple Watch.

@Smknjoes, Apple has had their own issues with their watches, Garmin has as well. Chances are pretty good you'll come back to the Fitbit camp sometime in the future. Until then, keep us posted on how you like your new tracker. 🙂

@Smknjoes, I didn't say the same issues, just issues. FWIW, Fitbit has learned a lot and virtually all of their latest trackers have replaceable bands.

@Smknjoes, not sure what to say, all of the tracker/smart watch companies have had their issues; the good news is they all seem to have learned from their mistakes, Fitbit included; the new Ionic, which is the replacement for the Surge is a huge improvement over said Surge in virtually every metric. Of course you could care less as you're jumping ship.

@Smknjoes, "...from you guys..."
Ummm, from who guys? Certainly not me, other than being a user of their products (and Garmin's products as well) I have no affiliation with Fitbit.
