I like the surge when it works. I am on my third surge in 5 years. first two I had band and screen swipe issues. this one I have swipe problems again and my warrenty is up. I am going to try a different brand simply because Im not going to pay this kind of money for even a basic watch, if I cant get more than a 15 months use out of it.

@PHIL15 contact Fitbit Customer Services, although I'm not sure whether they will do anything as the Surge is now discontinued, we suggest looking at the Fitbit Ionic or the Fitbit Versa.
Alternatively, you could take the Fitbit Comparison test to see what Fitbit suits to your needs best.
