Fit is Surge band

Hello, I just noticed today that the band on my Fitbit Surge is starting to crack your the screws on the inside. I purchased it in February of last year so it it 14 months old. I have looked around and could. It find a new band for it. The unit still works great, but I need to get a new band. Please help.

I'm having the same problem.  Where can we get replacement bands, or are they covered under normal wear and tear warranty?

I had already sent an e-mail with a picture of my fitbit when I got your message here.  Customer Support has requested my information and my new tracker should be on it's way to me later this week.  Thank you! @katkely01

Same thing happened to mine. It cracks from the screws to the device itself. I emailed customer support and they sent me as new one quick. Great service!
