FitBit Surge Condensation and other issues - faulty

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hello,

My Fit Bit has visible condensation and does not connect via Bluetooth to my phone as it normally has.

Also problems connecting to the music function.  I have had it less than a year and have not ever swam with it or showered with it, just worn it during physical activity.

FitBit also sells the product with the following claim, so this should not occur:

"Water Resistance

Surge has been tested up to 5 ATM meaning it is sweat, rain and splash proof."

What can I do? Can my Surge Fit Bit be replaced as obviously faulty?

Thanks

Hello @mcactive,

Welcome to the community!

From your description, it should be covered under warranty.  I would contact support.
