Hi, my friends have disappeared from my app, when i go into add it says no contacts found, no fb friends found etc. when i get a request and click it the app opens blank. iv restarted my surge but no change. Challenges are also blank when i go onto that 😞

Ups! That's not good. Have you tried to force quite the Fitbit App or check for updates? You can also try to log out and log back in. Have you noticed any other issue with the Fitbit App? For example not syncing or having issues logging in. Did you open a new Account? Have you changed your log in email address lately? Also confirm which device you're using to see this information.
Give it a shot and let me know if that works!

Hey. Thanks for the reply. It hasn't synced since mid april it says 😒 i wear it every day. It is set to sync daily. Iv deleted the app from my phone and added it to my tablet instead but that even took a good few minutes to sync with it. My friends and challenges are visable on there though. My phone won't let me reinstall the app.

Sorry also it's the same email and account still. Phone is galaxy S6 and tablet is a kindle fire.

Hi @melm328! It's good to know that you solve the mystery about your missing friends! It happens!
Now, in regards to the issues that you're having to download the Fitbit App on your Samsung, you can open the Google Play Store from here to download it. It's best if you shut down your phone before trying it again. If you're getting an specific error, please send a screenshot of the message.

Trying to sync my steps before bed and it just wont connect at all. Keeps telling me tracker not found 😔 another days steps lost

Thanks for details @melm328! Are you using different devices to sync? If so try to turn off all Bluetooth devices or unpair your Surge from other devices and keep syncing with one device only. Since once your Surge syncs with a Bluetooth device will create a bond to get notifications too.
Your information will be safe on your Surge, since most Fitbit trackers record detailed minute-by-minute data for seven days. Fitbit trackers can store daily totals for up to 30 days. Your Surge can store 35 hours of GPS data before deleting some to make room for more. So, force quite the Fitbit App and reboot your phone Bluetooth and try it again. You might consider restarting your Surge if those steps doesn't help.
