my strap has broken away from my fitbit surge, i have been unable to find a replacemnet, emailed customer support weeks ago and no reply. can anyone advise where to get straps from. replacemnets seem to be available for every model but this one

There is no replacement strap. Keep trying to contact support

There is a replacement band. Search Amazon.com and you'll find one. Comes with necessary screwdriver. Wake up Fitbit, you should be selling them too.
