I bought my 16yo son a Fitbit Surse in June 2016. Last week whilst he was running he felt the watch slip off his wrist. As it was in the early evening he was able to find the watch with his iPhone light. He immediately found, however that the Fitbit buckle was missing & after much searching including the following day we could not find it. He really found the watch helpful not only as a watch but for his fitness routine as well.
I have searched nearly every site under the sun but cannot find anywhere that sells a replacement buckle or preferably a new band altogether? Can someone point me in the right direction as surely if a band or buckle breaks doesn't mean the Surge is useless... Many Thanks, Craig May
