Fitbit Surge Strap

I bought a Fitbit Surge in January 2016, in October 2016 the Surge Strap came apart and Fitbit sent me a replacement.  Again in July 2017 the same problem occurred with my Surge Strap and again I was able to get it replaced. You got it, once again, January 27, 2018 my Surge Strap came apart again and I  can't get anywhere with customer service.  This is a known issue, when you spend $250.00 for the Fitbit Surge you would expect it to last longer and not have the issues that I am having.  I can guarantee that I will NEVER buy another Fitbit product if they don't stand behind their product.  As a company, they know there are issues with the design of the Surge Strap, apparently as a consumer...I don't matter.

I actually don’t need the warranty! What I need is Fitbit to stand behind
their defective product!
