Fitbit Surge Wristband Bubbling

This is my third Fitbit Surge having problems with the wristband. Now it has bubbles forming.  How do I get this fixed?  Thank you!!

I feel for you.  I am having the same issue.  This is my replacement Surge from August and the band is coming apart on this one aswell.

Nice to see here @NoFate and @RunningTexan! It's not normal to happen so whenever that you contact Fitbit representatives try to give as much information about the use and environment conditions that might be affecting the band. We don't have a recall for this but I'm pretty sure Customer Support will be more than glad to assist you with this. Smiley Wink

fitbit needs to recall, there are issues with the devce, everyone has the issue

or a bubble or a crack after +- 4 - 6 months

so thats a design issue! 🙂
