This is my third Fitbit Surge having problems with the wristband. Now it has bubbles forming. How do I get this fixed? Thank you!!

I feel for you. I am having the same issue. This is my replacement Surge from August and the band is coming apart on this one aswell.

Nice to see here @NoFate and @RunningTexan! It's not normal to happen so whenever that you contact Fitbit representatives try to give as much information about the use and environment conditions that might be affecting the band. We don't have a recall for this but I'm pretty sure Customer Support will be more than glad to assist you with this.

fitbit needs to recall, there are issues with the devce, everyone has the issue
or a bubble or a crack after +- 4 - 6 months
so thats a design issue! 🙂

Fitbit takes in consideration feedback and each user thoughts in order to improve product and services, at this moment I don't have any information about a recall but I appreciate your suggestion. I'll pass along this information. I think that in the mean time it's best to contact support so they can assist you.
