Fitbit Surge band has bubbled and lifted

I've been a big fan of the Fitbit technology and have owened several units.  I currently have a Surge and Blaze.  I wear the Blaze for work/travel but the Surge tends to be my go-to device for exercise.

The Surge band has lifted and bubbled below the display and it is now looking like something that's really worn and ancient.  Do you sell replacement band for the Surge? Any instructions on how to fix this?

Other than the band falling apart, the Surge itself still works very well, but thw bl;ack rubber band is falling apart.

I've had my surge since last July, and this has happened twice. I'm now on my third Surge thanks to Argos being helpful enough to replace the first two.

I wholly expect this to happen again, but who knows whether Argos will keep replacing the watch for me.

I'd rather know what it causing this then have to keep going back.

I've had my Surge since last July; not quite 7 months old and this (band bubling and lifting off) has just started in the past month.

Who is Argos?

Sorry, I should have made that clear. Argos is the UK retailer where I bought my Surge originally.

This has happend to my band as well.  I've only had this replacement watch three and half months and these bubbles just started to appear.  I really love the fitbit company and my watch, but I've been having too many problems with the Surge.

It's a defective product. No doubt about it. Fitbit will exchange it time after time upto Warrenty.

At first you roll think this is brilliant, but after multiple replacements you'll be absolutely sick of the surge and fitbit.

Well, I must say... I'm very pleased with the support provided by Fitbit.  It looks like they're sending me a replacement unit. Excellent customer support and customer service!!

have the same issue with my band, however, I am going on 1.5yrs.  So, I guess after reading all these posts......I'm actually doing pretty good!  Going to contact fitbit and go from there.  Band replacement will be awesome! love my surge!
