Fitbit Surge has fog on screen and will not swipe

Very disappointed in my Fitbit Surge and Fitbit Customer Service.  I ran in some rain yesterday and now there is a little bit of condensation inside my screen and I cannot swipe from screen to screen.  I called customer service and was told that it is out of warranty and they couldn't do anything but give me a 25% discount on a new device.  I was also told that it was my fault for getting it wet.  How can I be expected to keep an device worn for exercise dry all the time.  There's sweat, rain, humidity, etc. Just disappointed in Fitbit!

@mskaggs14 Just be aware. The rice will pull the moisture out but will not prevent it from getting in. Welcome to the world of FitBit. Browse the Surge Forums and see that you are not alone.
