My Fitbit Surge stopped charging suddenly.
Already some days it has kind of started to charge and shows the logo on the screen, but looks like the battery is not getting any fuller, or at least it is not showing it. Now the sync etc are also out because low battery.
I have rebooted the device many times, cleaned the connector and changed the USB port and wall charger. Updating device is not possible while the battery is low.
How to proceed?
