After only 7-8 months my fitbit surge strap has come loose - eventhough I have been treating my surge exemplary.
I am disappointed and also worried since I could easily have lost my surge. The problem is the same as on the picture found on the internet, except mine is worse since its both sides.

I have had two different Surge devices with band issues. Both devices' bands began bubbling and coming apart near the watch face only a few months after I received them. This is frustrating and disappointing, especially given the cost. It is even more frustrating that after my original device was replaced, the replacement had the same issues but is held to the warranty period of my first device. I've owned two FitBit Surges in less last a year a half. I enjoy the platform of the FitBit app, as well as the interface of the device. The Surge's band seems to be a common post concern (four posts in the last 24 hours) and I'm wondering what is being done to address the issue overall.
