Hi, My Fitbit Surge starting behaving strangely this week. First of all, it showed wrong time, then I took reset method to do it right, but now it is not going beyond that arrow sign. What to do?

I'm glad to see your comments here in the Forums @Bang. Welcome!
This is pretty odd! Please put your Fitbit Surge to charge and try the restart again while it is connected, this time do it multiple times. If this doesn't work, let the battery drain out completely and then try the restart again. Finally, try to reconnect it to your Fitbit Account to see if this helps.
If any of this steps works please let me know, I'm very interested in helping you out this!

Watch is working but it is neither syncing with my i-phone, nor the time is accurate.

Thanks for the heads up @Bang! I really appreciate the time you're taking to do all these steps!
Are you getting an specif error message when trying to connect? What model of the iPhone family are you using? Did you check if it is up to date? If you're Surge is still stuck in the same screen, let the battery to drain out completely then restart it again and follow the same instructions to make it connect. If you have a computer, please try the steps in this post. The time will change once it connects!
Give it a try and please let me know the outcome!

Today morning when I took my fitbit surge for my usual run, it was working fine. When I finished my run and came home and as I chose to sync it with my PC using the USB cable, it failed syncing with my PC. So, I shutdown the fitbit and want to restart it, thinking it may work. But when I restarted it got stuck in the initial stage of "Arrow sign" or we can call it a fitbit "logo sign", and it stays in that sign for ever and doesn't move to the next stage of showing the time or settings. Then I even tried to reset it by pressing the home and select button together and the screen went blank. After few minutes I switched on and it again gets stuck on the same fitbit logo screen. I tried to do this for almost 5 times. Still it is stuck with the logo sign and not moving forward. This morning as usual I ran for 8.1 kms and I wish I could use that data as well; hoping to set it right for my tomorrow's run without loosing today's data. Please do the needful. Thank you.
