Hi I got my surge as a Xmas present and has been fantastic! It went flat on me at work tonight! I have got home and tried charging it and it hasn't charged! Totally flat! I have checked terminals all clean and plug looks fine! Could it be the cable? I live in a remote part of Australia and have tried contacting support on Twitter to no avail! Someone out please help!

Can you take it back to where it was bought? That would be the fastest way

I got it at Xmas, it was a present so not sure of store and no receipt. Nothing close by, have to drive 8 hours one way to the city!
