Hi, @Mking1queen, unfortunately the Surge is not one of the Fitbits that has a replaceable band and there are no official repairs. In this case the best plan is to get in touch with with Fitbit Customer Support (contact.fitbit.com). If you do this by email do be sure to attach a photo of the damage, and also a photo of your receipt if you still have it (if not let them know where and when you purchased it).
Customer Support will take care of this for you.
