I am currently on my second fitbit surge. My first was replaced after my strap started to peel back from the face. A year later my watch started to bubble again and now the strap has conpletely come away from the watch face. How can I look to get a replacement?

If you are still within warranty then get back to customer support as you will be eligible for another replacement.
If not, then check the likes of eBay or Amazon as unofficial replacement straps are available there. They do require some DIY skills but there are YouTube videos that help with this.

Nice to see that you're digging into the Forums @dan7580, let me give you a warm welcome to our Community.
As @SteveH mentioned, there are different scenarios that's why I think it's best if you check with our support team the options you have about your Surge band. I've requested already a case on your behalf. You should soon receive an email from customer support at the email you used to register with the Community Forums.
Please keep me posted!
