Fitbit surge keeps rebooting itself after trying to connect to music

Hi - this problem only started yesterday but my Surge keeps rebooting itself after trying to connect to Music numerous times.  I have never set it up on music so not sure why it is trying to connect now.  I've tried to remove surge and then repeat the set up process but it is not fixing the problem and it still keeps rebooting.  Has anyone experienced problems similar to this?

Welcome to the Community @mmchoc. Thanks for troubleshooting this issue by yourself. I recommend checking this post where @MeylinP is providing instructions to restart your Surge. After restarting your tracker please test it, it shouldn't reset itself again.
