Fitbit surge not vibrating

I recently got a Fitbit surge and only just discovered it's supposed to be vibrating on notifications! It has never vibrated.... How can I fix this? I've rebooted....

Hi @PamCH

 

Does the Surge buzzes when connecting to the charging cable / usb port? When it doesn't buzz, the tracking component is malfunctioning and needing to be exchanged. Fastest at the store of purchase with receipt.

Welcome @PamCH! Restarting your Surge is always a good idea. When you receive a call or text notification, you'll get a short buzz on your Surge. I'd like to know if you're moving your hand when you receive the notification. I also recommend set an alarm,this is just check if it is vibrating with the other functions. Thank you for your help @SunsetRunner!
