Fitbit surge will not sync

Tried the app on Windows PC, LG spirit android phone, and nexus 10 tablet. Just gets tracker not found message. The only way  to sync is to plug lead into pc. Please help

You either need to connect it to the PC or use the USB dongle for a bluetooth connection. The Nexus 10 tablet doesn't have the necessary bluetooth hardware to sync and the LG Spirit is not listed as a supported device.

 

Note, the Surge may not have come with a USB dongle. If you don't want to connect it to the PC every time you want to sync you can buy a dongle here.
