Fitbit time is wrong, won't sink with app or Bluetooth, can't turn off.

Have contacted before. Very irritated, have tried everything suggested. Have been having trouble for a while. Ready to throw it in the trash!

That would be so awesome. It really isn't the battery life. It just won't sync with anything. The time and date are totally wrong so I can't even use it.

Unfortunately, having "tried everything suggested" really doesn't leave anyone anywhere to go with this. Unless you want to share some details of what you tried and what happened as a result I'm not sure there's a lot else anyone can suggest.

I'm having hte same problem with my fitbit charge hr. It has the wrong time, and wont sync to the computer....

For me, the app SAYS that my phone has the wrong time, but it doesn't. The Surge has the correct time too but it won't sync to the server (but appears to be talking to the app)

Let me help you out, you can check out the thread that @GeeKau shared if you still unable to sync your tracker try the troubleshooting steps on this article in order to get it back syncing.
