Does anyone have the same issue with there fitbit surge?I have replaced surge three times.Fitbit says its
software issue.I think fitbit should recall and refund customers.Customer service is not very helpfull

Hello @cmyrsgo, welcome aboard to our Community. I wonder how is displaying your messages. I start using a Surge and my messages are displayed but when are special characters are not displayed, but this is because this characters are not supported. Is this what you are seeing on your Surge or is the whole message not displayed?
If customer support mentioned this is an issue, then the team is already working on a fix, usually this type of issues are address with new updates of the tracker or the mobile app.
