My food database in currently set to Germany but I quite often change it to the UK and then back again.
Unfortunately, it is stuck on Germany so I cannot access UK foods.
Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this issue,

I am also having this issue. I live in the U.K. but also buy a lot of our food in the comissary on an American afb so flick between US and U.K. often. Not had an issue with doing this until today.

I was wondering if other Fitbit users were experiencing the same issue. The problem started yesterday for me. Do you use the website or mobile phone app to log food? I use my iPhone.

I use my phone to log but I've tried changing between databases via the app on my phone and also via the website. I'm currently talking to support via chat

Ok, that is great. I really believe that it is an app issue. Apart from trying to change the database on my iPhone i also deleted and reinstalled the app but I have the same issue. Hope that support can resolve the issue. It would be marvelous if you could let me know how you get on.

It's definitely not just an app issue as I have tried both the app and the website. I've tried telling them it's an issue that has occurred in the last 24hours and that it's not an issue with me as other people are having the same issue. I linked this thread into the chat and they just keep giving me solutions that suggest that it is an issue with my end and nobody else. They offered to change the database for me but I said I change between them 3-4 times a day and need to continue to do this. I'll give you an update soon

Okay so they couldn't help me at all and are just going to pass it to the maintenance team to figure out and they will email me when it's fixed. I also asked if they could email you too but I got disconnected before they could reply.
I have just cleared my cache and cookies on my phone to see if this helps and I've managed to select the US food database again without it switching back to U.K. but the U.K. food still comes up (for example when I search tesco). But it is also finding the US brands like I needed at the same time.

If if your not using an iPhone then just google clear cache and cookies android and it you will find a topic.

Thank you for the update. I cleared my cache and cookies as you suggested, but it made no difference for me. I hope that their maintenance team can fix it soon.
