Free Run cues are incorrect

I have set up my FitBit Surge to notify me every time I reach a mile during a free run; but it keeps notifying me at really odd distances instead like 0.6 miles, 1.2 miles, 1.9 miles, etc. Why can't I get the Surge to just buzz on my wrist every time I reach a mile? I clearly have the run cue settings saved as "miles" and "1.0" so I can't understand why it doesn't notify me at the specified distance.

Can anyone help?

Hi JuanJo,

Thanks for the reply. I don't know how or when but my Surge has somehow
fixed itself; the distance cues now come though on every exact mile. Thanks
for you help though!

@RustyChuck Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! It's weird that your Surge is not notifying you when you reach the exact mile. I'd like you to make sure that your phone has the most recent app version. After you have made sure of the app's version, log out of the app, turn off your phone and turn it back on. After this log back in to your account and go for a walk test and verify if the voice cue notifies you when you reach the exact mile as it should.

Keep me posted on the outcome my friend and I'll be around! Smiley Happy
