@LeonieEllis A warm welcome to our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that your Surge didn't sync your exercise's map even though you have restarted your tracker and phone. Have you made sure that your phone has the most recent app version installed.
Also, let me know if this is the first time that this happens or has happened before?
