GPS tracked walk will not show (constant sync sign)

Hello ... can anyone help? ... tracked a 10 miler walk yesterday and it still doing the constant circle of sync and won't show the map ... tried resetting both phone and surge and also signed out and back into fitbit ...

@LeonieEllis A warm welcome to our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that your Surge didn't sync your exercise's map even though you have restarted your tracker and phone. Have you made sure that your phone has the most recent app version installed.

 

Also, let me know if this is the first time that this happens or has happened before?

By the looks of it it's the most up to date version (looked in the app on setting and doesn't require an update) this is the first time this has happened. It has shown the map from my last 2 walks just not this one. It's rather frustrating as I wanted to show the route to my mum 😞 ... and also want to do this walk again so could do with the map. Rwally can't understand why it hasn't synced ...

Hey, @LeonieEllis! Since the issue persits, please try to Uninstall and Reinstall the App. Let me know if this works! Cat Very Happy
