Buttons not working, 1 is jammed. Display not responding to swiping therefore not displaying activities/data (this happened after changing clock face). Cannot select the menu function not reset the device. Not impressed with this product.

Thanks for your comments. Have you tried to change the clock face again? You can also restart connect your Surge and try to restart it, try at least a couple of times. If this doesn't work, let me know so I can request a case for you for this. Our customer support team can check your warranty options.
