Getting heart rate to transfer from surge to strava?

I have used strava for year, recently for a Fitbit surge, 

I have ‘connected’ the 2 accounts. I am getting exercises shared between the 2 apps, what I’m not able to figure out is heart rate monitoring.

It’s tracked fine on Fitbit/app, but it’s not transferring to strava,

 

any ideas?

If I'm not mistaken Heart Rate Analysis is a STRAVA premium.

2024 still using a Surge.
