Getting usb to stay and connect for charge

Helpful advice needed... have always had issues with charger connecting and charging. Constantly have to move it around until it will connect and actually charge. Suggestions?

Have you found an answer? Haven't used mine in 2years because of this. Also, seems like it won't hold a charge.

I fight with the usb cable until it shows it is charging and then cross my fingers that it stays. It has done it from day 1 of receiving as a gift. Thought it was the charge cord so I bought a new one. It wasn’t the cord, I think it’s a design flaw.

Have you tried cleaning the contacts with isopropyl alcohol?
